Another round of fixes

* Try to fix issue with `cabal configure --enable-tests' on travis.

* Remove upper bounds for version of ihaskell from ihaskell-rlangqq,
  taking cue from the other ihaskell-* packages.

* Fix formatting issues with IHaskell.Display.Plot.
