- some modules moved from API to Core

Overall idea is: Core and Database contain base stuff and don't import
API. And API imports from Core and Database.

This commit switch the PhyloMaker.hs code to use, whenever we can,
faster implementations for nub and sort.

It also adds a semi-interesting phylo.

This reverts commit a60a1be7.

These are large modules, moving functions around, removing unused ones.

Split into Extract/Types/Utils modules.

Found some functions that are unused.

When user searched for a phrase with space inside, in database, the
'to_tsquery' function raised an sql error. One should use
'plainto_tsquery'. Also, a proper test was added.
