Test failed, not merging.

This reverts commit 2e77bfa5, reversing
changes made to fe201115.

- aeson 2.2.1
- some modules moved from API to Core

Overall idea is: Core and Database contain base stuff and don't import
API. And API imports from Core and Database.

This commit switch the PhyloMaker.hs code to use, whenever we can,
faster implementations for nub and sort.

It also adds a semi-interesting phylo.
