fixed again easytabs init (inner and outer div both necessary resp for readmore and tabs) and unify tab css with the reldocs tabs

read db.json conf for all sourcemodes, better reset graph at init, pass db.json node names conf to parsing for sortNodeTypes

read the db.json extended format in php + rationalize passed url params

reldocs redeclared for each new sigma instance + reldocs are now sorted in separate tabs by nodetype + the nodetypes/dbtypes combinations are handled in db.json conf + tabs logic (instead of being handled by ajax logic) + removed legacy types from php queries (changes in php under way)

fixed spacing of the label bg rect, even with big size factor
