This commit adds an `enableDebugLogs` option to the `Config` such that
it can be used to enable or disable debug logs. This way production code
is not littered with debug logs, which might even leak sensible
information.

Added Env type to make a ReaderT wrapper around Config.

Also, Main.hs refactored to accept command line parameters, this makes
testing things out easier.

This doesn't compile yet.

limit was set incorrectly

Also, use deepContent to get article title and abstracts' contents.

This fixes a bug where article title had bold text inside (which threw
an error).
