It's better to enumerate fields than not - easier to search later.

Also, a performance improvement for queryNgramsOccurrences (no VALUES).

This contains only data, removes some Database dependency in imports.

This allows us to have only one single (static) map which will be
treated by GHC as a CAF.

Basically, Gargantext.Prelude exports all of Protolude now.

They are changed to MaybeFields ...Read instead when joining.

Remove joins, use optionalRestrict instead.

Also, remove cabal.project because stack.yaml and package.yaml cover
dependencies already.
