With the raw query change, it seems working for simple query like A AND B but not with quotes. For instance this query "tuning fork" : https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/?term=%22tuning+fork%22 gives much more than the expected results (874). I guess the quotes are not well give to the API, can you check please @AlfredoDiNapoli ?
