This is created in response to #267 (comment 8434)

It would be of value to integrate sentry (https://sentry.io/welcome/) into backend and frontend of gargantext. This way we could catch errors more easily. Sentry also has some advanced features, for example it can group similar errors. Also, last time I worked with it, it integrated nicely with Jira, maybe it will integrate with Gitlab as well.
