My recent experience building and running Gargantext from scratch based on the README suggests some improvements. I propose:

• that development information be separated from the rest with a dedicated section,
• that the purpose of each step be made more explicit,
• that prerequisites be gathered in a single place,
• that supplementary information (e.g. about using stack) be relocated.
