[Node Graph] Fix the bridgeness ans add a "confluence option" on creating a new graph "Order 1 expert"

The current dialog form proposes only 2 options: order 1 and order 2
What is the expected correct behavior?
The dialog box should propose a new option "Order 1 expert"
