WebSocket for Ngrams Interactions
- currently, the sync button is need in Ngrams Table and in Doc Annotation view to sync the ngrams changes with the backend
- sometimes this "sync" button is not seed and forgotten by the user. That is why the websocket interaction could improve the user experience either for push or getting the updates
