Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/296-api-hal-remove-useless-first-2-characters-before-authors-and-sources' into dev

This commit fixes those GQL types which were defined as an empty
record, as this was rejected in the latest versions of
`morpheus-graphql`.

This reverts commit 45fbb34a0994a22500829fae125517a6a0055ca7.

Historical post-mortem: I have tried to upgrade to LLVM-15 the Haskell stack,
but it didn't work out very well.
