Bootstrap Native upgrade to V4
- Native Javascript for Bootstrap 3 (currently v2.0.23) to Bootstrap V4
- merging strategy:
- start from branch dealing with this #79 (closed) (ask seeg for coordination)
- you could work on the whole project when the Graph Explorer task force is focusing on Graph
- you should have pushed/finished before end of August
