The node size slider does not behave properly.

1. It change the place of the nodes that are filtered out whereas they just should be hidden in the view. Here, each time we move this slider, we cannot come back to the initial shape, which is very disturbing.

So : just hide/display the nodes that are filtered (same as in the V3 version).

2. In the operation, some links do not recover. If we filter some node and then come back to initial state, some nodes have lost their link.
