We need the Right panel added to most of others views (Doc Table, NgramsTable to start with)

Copy the right panel in Graph Explorer to docs/list view and enable the button on top bar (and a closing icon); this button on the top bar opens the right panel for documentation about this view for instance (the legend example in Graph Explorer).

Implementation in Doc Table -> add an eye icon to view the doc annotation inside (keep the behavior of opening a new window when clicking on the title for now)

Implementation in NgramsTable -> add an eye icon to view the ngrams in contexts (function to be given to you soon)
