To rewrite the Memiescape2 with @qlobbe , @aelamrani needs some specific D3 functions (not all of D3).

According to the state of the art of D3 libraries in Purescript community, a library is lacking with the right bindings for our purpose (not maintained anymore or not using React etc).

Here is a proposal to tackle the issue:

• First use the new repo created: https://gitlab.iscpif.fr/gargantext/pured3 (licence is the same as main Garg repos)
• please @aelamrani add as comment here or in that repo the main functions we need to start with the development
• then @cgenie could show the right way to bind the first functions
