[Node Phylo] Default initial behaviour on clicking a Phylo node for the 1st time
Specs when creating a Node Phylo :
- don't load the file phyloCleopatre in (https://gitlab.iscpif.fr/gargantext/haskell-gargantext/blob/dev/src/Gargantext/Core/Viz/Phylo/API.hs line 144)
- instead, display the "phylo refresh" form
