[Tree & Modals] When the tree is loaded, modals should not be loaded automatically, but only on request.
Issue related to #670 (comment 10830)
Currently the modal box is preloaded for all nodes, so we could optimize it so that it's loaded on demand (by clicking on the cog/flower icon).
