We are adding institutions in import as they are existing in API. When we add a document to a corpus the pop up does not make it possible to add institutions

@fmaniere I assigned this issue to you as I think it's mostly front end and mickeal and Loic are added institutions to download of csv I guess it's easy to do that all together
