Dev purescript 0.14.3

Related to #300 (closed).

I upgraded purescript to 0.14.3. Also, one more reactix fix was made and I bumped it up to v0.4.13 so you can merge this instead of !154 (closed).

Check out, review, and merge locally

Step 1. Fetch and check out the branch for this merge request

git fetch origin
git checkout -b dev-purescript-0.14.3 origin/dev-purescript-0.14.3

Step 2. Review the changes locally

Step 3. Merge the branch and fix any conflicts that come up

git fetch origin
git checkout origin/dev
git merge --no-ff dev-purescript-0.14.3

Step 4. Push the result of the merge to GitLab

git push origin dev
