Add frontend functionality to create a subcorpus

Adds a button next to the search field in the document table, opening a modal that allows the creation of a subcorpus based on the current search query. Closes #718 (closed)

Check out, review, and merge locally

Step 1. Fetch and check out the branch for this merge request

git fetch origin
git checkout -b 718-dev-subcorpus-frontend origin/718-dev-subcorpus-frontend

Step 2. Review the changes locally

Step 3. Merge the branch and fix any conflicts that come up

git fetch origin
git checkout origin/dev
git merge --no-ff 718-dev-subcorpus-frontend

Step 4. Push the result of the merge to GitLab

git push origin dev

Note that pushing to GitLab requires write access to this repository.
