Graph explorer z-index nav menu hid the logo underneath.

Otherwise, autoFocus triggered save action immediately, causing UI glitches.

Don't wait for user to enter 3 chars.

Merge branch 'dev-corpus-search-query-fix' of ssh://gitlab.iscpif.fr:20022/gargantext/purescript-gargantext into dev

- fix broken input field (refreshed after every keypress)
- fix database options show (select value wasn't updated)
- fix tabs active show (database selected caused tab to be inactive)

Both click and submit were triggered. We're only interested in the click
event so call preventDefault.
