This paves the way to add endConfig as a variable.

Propagate changes correctly when knob is dragged.

Works better, but still can't get it to refresh with forceatlas paused.

Also, fix label size to be "fixed".

These don't refersh the whole graph, only change sigma settings.

This was reinitialized after each component refresh. Now state is passed
so that table interaction works (change current page, order by etc).

This doesn't work yet.

- fixed Globals 4.1.0 dependency (was 4.0.0 which was missing lots of
functions)
- upgraded purescript to 0.13.3 (has better error messages, with diff)
