Fixed scalatra to work with logback. The logback.xml configuration is located in application now instead of web.
There are still some slightly worrying errors, like the jetty server seemingly ignoring logback.xml and slf4j
saying it found multiple slf4j bindings. I'll work these bugs out at a later date though.

Server is now heavily parralel. The route /start/:id gave me a lot of trouble in opera, because it seems opera optimizes it away into just a refresh. Look into this behaviour.

Cleaned up the code some for the presentation on Friday (got rid of bort.ssp, bortText param, bart picture on input-test page). Also finished creating the prototype datastore so that all non-static pages can be served asynchronously.

Slight error handling for xml input added: Detects non-serialized java class XML, as well as non-xml files. Produces an alert after redirecting the user back to the upload form.
Added an execution status sheet that shows the execution state of the uploaded mole (stopped, running, finished) as well as the ability to start mole executions. Cancelling them will be added tomorrow.

Renaming bug: changed moleExecs to ids in loadedExecutions.ssp, and did not change the corresponding assignment in the servlet.

Added a simple mole execution listing page and the capability to upload mole xmlified moles to the server. Still need to perform error handling for when non-xml data is uploaded or when users upload something that is not a MoleExecution. Also need to look into updating Scalatra to 2.2 stable and creating routes on the server for getting JSON or XML information back.
