update readme + add authors + move comex_install to a services dir for future merge with the regcomex service

replaced tinawebJS submodule by a subtree with a dedicated branch pointing to https://github.com/moma/tinawebJS/tree/comex_wip

finished support for multiple query via 'refine' buttons (except for corresponding changes in tinawebJS bridge that are not included in this commit)

Change DB schema 1 table => 3 tables + add missing cols (homepage, jobsearch, position, affiliation_id)

SQL terms statement: removing chunking strategy altogether (not necessary with our db size, restore if scale up)
