Menu actions still need some work.

Also, context menu changed to a 'mouseup' which checks for selection.

- migrated createNode and fileType boxes to reactix
- small Config refactoring
- added 'select' element to G.U.Reactix

Also, uses ?fileType=xxx querystring to send the filetype of file.

Removed unnecessary record entries in function definitions.

Also, absolute positioning applied to make it look nicer.

It's quite ugly to display the buttons under the input box for rename, fixed to
have check/remove buttons on the right of the input.

Also, rename box "close" button added.

- file upload via drop onto tree node
