Removed some dead code, most notably the `Partition` and `PartitionMathod`
types which were not in actual use anywhere.
Also renamed some function arguments from single-/double-letter identifiers
to actual words.

- fix openalex parser
- fix cli message about 'init' needed
- more granular progress reports for node updates
- fix error message when worker fails (though I'm not sure such a
- detailed message is neede for the end user?)

Also, some import refactoring

Also, removed some old job stuff

This allows us to collect a /history/ of computing times.

Now everything is in Core/Config

- Re-enable orphan warnings that were manually disabled in many modules
- Remove non-Haskell files that were just sitting in the source tree
- Remove modules that were not called from anywhere
- Remove unused dependencies

This is not exhaustive by any means. In particular, some more weeding out
can be achieved by looking at individual functions and even branches of
functions. Weeder can help with that.

This beefy commit removes the old (unnamed) Servant API.

This contains only data, removes some Database dependency in imports.

They were masking the real performance of `flowPhyloAPI`.

This is a first stepping stone in avoiding bugs by having `UserId` and
`ContextId` being proper types, and not synonyms.

We also refactor things to have `AuthenticatedUser` carry the `UserId`.

Basically, Gargantext.Prelude exports all of Protolude now.

FlowCmdM -> DBCmd or HasNodeStory is usually enough

- DBCmd instead of Cmd
- remove FlowCmdM in favor of HasNodeStory

This big commit improves the jobs API in a way that now we can
completely abstract away over a JobLog.
